One of the pedal package deals I acquired from '02 was the Omnifex Chorus 704CH.
Sold on EBAY back in '04.
A very straight-forward and usable stereo chorus effect.
It was manufactured by Omnifex from 1987-1993.
Two knobs -
SPEED: controls the speed/rate of the chorus waves
DEPTH: controls the depth of the chorus waves
